Roll a dice sentences

We practise the affirmative and negative sentences in past simple through this Game. They throw the two dices and have to say a sentence. If it is right, the student copy the sentence in the blackboard and everybody copies it in the Notebook.

Peace day

Today we celebrate the PEACE day at school. ✌
In arts and crafts we made a mural to decorate the corridor and all the students participate on a supportive race.

Kaboom past simple

Kaboom is a funny speaking Game!

There are different sticks with numbers, one student take a stick and answer a question. If the answer is correct his team has the stick, if it is not right he returns the stick but if one student takes the KABOOM stick...returns all the stick his team has!

Reading scavengers

Students love this activity because it is a funny way of reading. 😍📚

We work five different types of texts: a comic, a letter, a picture and two informative texts. Also they have variety of activities: complete, answer questions, true false, correct the mistake...

The lost city of Atlantis

Talking about cities and villages we learn today about the lost city of Atlantis

Next we read about it and finally we practise writing. They have to be creative, imaginative and original and invent a Lost city.

Picture dictation

They do this activity in pairs. Student A talks about his picture using the structure: There was a river... Student B draws the picture. Then they change the rol.

The results are very funny! 📝✌

Speaking A/B

Today we practise speaking with our  auxiliary.
They have to talk about the picture and complete the names. It is a good opportunity to review the past simple!

Envelopes game

Working on word order and grammar structures we do this activity in class today. They order the sentences and copy them in the notebook. Finally they read the sentences and make pictures.

It is a very useful activity to work grammar in a very funny way and review prepositions!

Talking about Altura

Today we talk about Altura in the past and today through these photos.

It is a good way to activate vocabulary and grammar structures as there is/ are/ was or were but also comparatives!

Fast finishers games

Some students finish the activities early so they can play cards games to review vocabulary as: parts of the house, colours, numbers...

Speaking activity

This week we work the structures: there is, there are, there was and there were. To practise student A talks about his city in the past and today, the student B listens and complete the chart. Then they change the rol.

Games are a good opportunity to learn. Today we play this game to review the past simple and to review English vocabulary. They have a good time!👌

We divide the class in three groups and ghey did three different activities:

Speaking game: Guess. There are two pictures and one pupil thinks one of them, the rest of the students guess the picture asking: Can you see a tree? Can you see a lake?

Envelopes game: order the words to make a sentence and copy it in the whiteboard.

Memory game: match the words to the pictures.
