We studied some regular verbs in this unit so the students wrote about last last weekend.

Today we practise reading but there is a problem with the text: it is broken! Students have to do the puzzle before reading and doing some comprehension exercises.

Reading scavengers: my week

In the corridor there are seven texts for each day of the week, the students walk around read the texts and anwer the questions. It is the first time they do this kind of activity and they enjoy it!

My last holiday

Learning about the past simple the 6th course students write about their last holidays. They make a great job and the projects are excellent!

Roll a dice sentences

We practise the affirmative and negative sentences in past simple through this Game. They throw the two dices and have to say a sentence. If it is right, the student copy the sentence in the blackboard and everybody copies it in the Notebook.

Kaboom past simple

Kaboom is a funny speaking Game!

There are different sticks with numbers, one student take a stick and answer a question. If the answer is correct his team has the stick, if it is not right he returns the stick but if one student takes the KABOOM stick...returns all the stick his team has!

Students love this activity because it is a funny way of reading. 😍📚

We work five different types of texts: a comic, a letter, a picture and two informative texts. Also they have variety of activities: complete, answer questions, true false, correct the mistake...

Speaking A/B

Today we practise speaking with our  auxiliary.
They have to talk about the picture and complete the names. It is a good opportunity to review the past simple!
