We have amazing artists at school and we did these Halloween crafts.

Kindergarten students coloured a mask and 1st of primary painted some puppets.

Masks from super simple songs. 

Puppets from the glitter teacher. 

Puppets from krokotak. 

Also Megan (our speaking auxiliary) taught us this funny Halloween rhyme.

My bedroom project

They write a wonderful description about their bedrooms to practise the vocabulary of unit 1. They have learnt a lot!

Students of 1st write about their favourite toys.

Finger family craft

To finish the family topic today we did this wonderful craft. Children enjoy doing it and singing the song.

In class we practise speaking and prepositions with this activity. They draw 3 objects in the class, then they say where is it and the friend draw the objects.

In class we do this speaking task in small groups. A pair of students describe a bedroom and the other pair listen and guess.

Writing about the house

Today we made a writing race: I show them two flashcards and they write a sentence about it in the whiteboards.

Playing they learn how to write in English and they do it quite well!
